Choosing a School or Community Service Project
Here are examples of school or community service projects. Student teams should feel free to think of their own service project ideas.
- A cleanup or beautification of a school or local park
- A school-wide recycling program
- A food drive for needy community residents
- An event to honor local heroes such as veterans or healthcare workers
For additional service project ideas, student teams may wish to look at an overview of the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals THE 17 GOALS | Sustainable Development (un.org)
